Normally, it will be more effective by using combination of two or three types to get better results, particularly there are color matters in the wastewater
results, should accompany with coagulants for pre-treatment. Occasionally the pre-treatment may involve PH adjustment, then add coagulant and finally add flocculants to achieve the desired results.
If the wastewater had a biological treatment, a single cationic polymer will reach a desired result, and if there are too much BOD, COD, Oil and color matters, a pre-treatment is required.
After the treatment of flocculation, dewatering is required to increase the sludge mud density which will save more costs in transportation and treatment.
